WHAT? A program of worship and biblical teaching presented through Bible stories, drama, games, music, activities and crafts largely based on Group Publishing’s Hands On Bible Curriculum.
WHO? Children ages 3-10
HOW? We begin with a Prayer and Praise time all together in the Fellowship Hall. Then we divide into
3 classes: 3 & 4 year olds, 5 & 6 year olds, 7-10 year olds.
WHEN? Every Sunday. The children attend the first 15 minutes of the Morning Worship Service, then are dismissed for Sunday School.
January’s Focus:
3-4 Class: Jesus Loves Everyone – the story of Zacchaeus
5-6 Class: Jesus Did What was Right – stories from the Wiseman’s visit, through Jesus’ boyhood to His baptism
7-10 Class: Friends and Heroes, Episodes 10 and 11 – Bible stories include Moses and the Exodus, Joseph and his brothers, the Last Supper, and Philip and Simon the Sorcerer
